Terms Of Use

Some Basics

Terms may change from time to time, I will send out updates through the Yahoo group.

If a member is not following the terms, their membership will be cancelled, without refund.

You are required to place your membership logo on your site within 7 days, I will be checking.

You do not need a website to join, however if you do have a site I will require the url when joining.

If you have a site with a members area I do not require the password.

Once you have been given access to my members area, no refund will be given.

Your site must be family friendly.

You are not to share your log in info with anyone.

Upon joining you must join my update group, I will send you an invite.

Your members logo must remain on your site even if the membership has expired, so long as graphics from this site are still being used.


Membership Trades

I do trade memberships, value for value.

If your site closes after our trade, your membership will be cancelled.

I will not trade memberships that do not allow me to use graphics in my members area.


Sig Tags

Sig Tags requested are for your use only.

When using my sig tags you must provide a link to my site (http://www.rpages.net/pixeldust) when used in email and websites (this includes the free montly tag).

No alterations are to be made, I will add text if requested.


Line Art

All line art must be coloured in.

You may make tags, stationery, adoptions, web sets, for free or profit and in members areas.

You may not claim the outlines as your own...please provide credit when used.

Do not use the outlines for crafts or printables.

Do not use my outlines to create tutorials without asking first.

You may alter the outline (a few pixels) to meet your needs.

You may not tube my lines without a tubing license.


OE Stats

The credits on the stats must remain intact.

Do not rip apart the stats, all graphics must stay intact.

Do not claim as your own, share in groups or on websites.

Payment for OE Stats is $3.00, and payment may only be made through PayPal or Certapay.

Five of each stat will be sold unless otherwise specified.

Stats are sold on a "first come, first serve" basis and will be sent as soon as payment is received.

All sales are final.


Tubes

You must link back to Pixel Dust (http://www.rpages.net/pixeldust) when using my tubes.

You can use the tubes to make graphics, websets, stationery, adoptions etc.

Do not change in any way, that includes re-sizing or re-colouring.

You must leave the file names intact.

You may not claim as your own or share in groups, websites, emails.

You may not make tutorials, outlines or tubes from my tubes.

You may not make cross stitch patterns or any printable items from my tubes.


Adoptions/Premades

The adoption certificate must be placed with the adoption.

You are not to place these on your site, share in groups or otherwise.

You must not claim as your own.

Adoptions may be placed on your site for others to adopt but must be free and must include my linking logo, as well as information to link to Pixel Dust.

Five of each premade will be sold unless otherwise specified.

Premades are sold on a "first come, first serve" basis and will be sent as soon as payment is received.

All sales are final.


Licenses & Permissions

All licenses are life time and can be purchased on the join page.

I do trade licenses, just ask.

If you would like to write a tutorial from my graphics, just ask, I'm sure we can work something out.

Some of the graphics on this site have been made from tutorials and outlines, others were inspired by coloring pages or my own imagination. If you feel I am in violation of copyright, please E-Mail Me and I will look into it.
