Terms Of Use

I hate to have to set up guidelines but there are some people out there in cyberland who like to "borrow" graphics and claim them as their own.

I offer some of these graphics for free, as I enjoy creating them but I do feel that credit should be given when due.
Please have credit my work back to http://www.pixel-dust.net on each page that shows my creations.

Anyone who is a member of this site must have their membership logo on their site and linked to me.
You may not share your username or password with anyone.

You may not offer any of my graphics "as is" on your site either for profit or otherwise.


Outlines
You may not alter any of my outlines for the exception of colouring.
You may not claim them as your own, or offer them on your site for profit or otherwise.
You may use the outlines after they have been coloured any way you wish.


Tubes
You may not change any of the tubes, which means recolouring or resizing them.
You may not claim them as your own, or offer them on your site either for profit or linkware.
You may use the tubes after they have been added to your creation any way you wish.

Siggies and Adoptions
Please do not alter any of my sig tags or adoptions once you receive them.
You must have a link to my site http://www.pixel-dust.net either with the logo or the actual image linked (for adoptions) or have a text link for siggies.
For adoptions, no webpage, no adoption..
You must have a non right click, image toolbar and disable selective text script on the page that my adoptions are stored. If you need help with these, please ask.

Websets and Stats
You may not alter my stats or websets in any way.
You may change the fonts on the stats but please leave the link on the bottom intact.

Non Pixel Graphics
You must have a website in order to order a non pixel graphic. You must give credit where credit is due, either by linking the image to me or placing one of my logos on the same page as my work.
You must have a non right click, image toolbar and disable selective text script on the page that my premades are stored. If you need help with these, please ask.

Purchaseware
To request a sig tag, oe stationery or webset please use the request link. You will need to include your name, url and email address. Payment can be made via Paypal & E-Cheque or Certapay, please let me know which you prefer when you place your request. I will respond within 24 hours.
